Reservation Policy and Terms
Hourly rates indicate the rate at which anyone in your party can bowl an unlimited amount of games using the lane(s) reserved at this cost.
If your reservation starts before 10 PM and extends into the 10 PM-2 AM rate period, you will be charged based on the rate at which your booking starts.
The $45 rate applies only to reservations that begin at 10 PM or later on Friday and Saturday nights.

For group reservations of six (6) lanes or less, please book online through our external Bowling Reservations Portal.
Group Reservations of seven (7) lanes or more – Please head over to our Reservation Inquiries page and fill out our form to submit a request.
Online lane reservations must be made at least four (4) hours in advance or by scheduled appointment in person with our Reservations Office Staff.
Aiea Bowl recommends 5-6 bowlers per lane, but is able to accommodate up to 7 people (bowlers and spectators) per lane due to the layout and available seating of our establishment.
If your headcount goes beyond the 7 people (bowlers and spectators), you will be required to rent additional lanes based on availability and/or the additional guests would have to find accommodations outside Aiea Bowl.

All minors ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the facility.
We advise all customers to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their reservation so that they can enjoy the full time slot purchased!
The timer will start at the beginning of your reservation window.
Deposits are to be paid 100% in full for reservations made based on the number of lanes and hours booked. They can be made online or by appointment with our reservation office during business hours.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Cash payments are also accepted when booking reservations in-person only.
All cancellations/modifications of reservations with six (6) lanes or less must be made at least two (2) business days in advance with the Reservations Team during reservations office hours. The booking fee charged during the reservation process is non-refundable when canceling a reservation.

Deposits are forfeited if a cancellation is made within two (2) business days of the reservation date, and you will be charged the confirmed number of lanes and time.
Maximum Number of Bowlers Per Lane
Each lane is able to accommodate up to 7 people (bowlers and non-bowlers). Due to the limited seating within each lane area you will be required to rent additional lanes should your headcount exceeds 7 people (bowlers and non-bowlers). Each lane area guarantees up to 5 seats.
Bowling Reservations of Six Lanes or Less
For bowling reservations of six (6) lanes or less, the lanes must be booked through our external Bowling Reservations Portal.
Bowling Reservations of Seven Lanes or More
For group bowling reservations of seven (7) lanes or more, head over to our Reservations page and fill out the form to submit your request.
