Job Summary

Job Summary

  • All Employees are to report to work on time and in full uniform; prepared to work when they clock in.
  • The number of Hosts/Bussers working at any given time will depend on the volume of business.
  • All employees are expected to work in a harmonious fashion. Any disputes are not to be carried on in view of the public. Any disagreement between Hosts/Bussers and other employees should be referred to the manager on duty.
  • Guest interaction is an important part of the Hosts/Bussers job. Hosts/Bussers must be professional and answer guest inquiries as needed.

Job Summary

The Bowling Center Cashier is also responsible for answering phones, customer service, customer questions/requests and overall customer satisfaction. Remember the Bowling Center Cashier is the first and last person the customer sees.

Job Summary

Clean and maintain restrooms, outside facing of the building, windows, benches, walkways, and inside the bowling alley. Receives and stores all deliveries that are but not limited to: equipment, restaurant supplies, office supplies and cleaning supplies. Janitors are to assist the front desk, kitchen helpers, restaurant staff, bar and mechanics when needed.

Job Responsibilities

The Janitor Position must be able to do the following key responsibilities

  • Ability to receive delivery and verify that all incoming invoices are correct.
  • Assist bowlers by pushing loose pins back to the machine so it may be picked up by the pinsetter.
  • Clean bowling alley which includes but is not limited to: emptying trash receptacles, regularly sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuuming carpet, washing windows, wiping down chairs and tables, cleaning/dusting of vending and gaming machines, restocking bathroom disposables, etc.
  • Assist the restaurant in emptying trash receptacles, stocking the paper towel and soap dispensers.
  • Cleans refrigeration filters, using vacuum and brush to remove excess dust and debris.
  • Maintains bowling alley, restrooms and Janitor’s closet inventory.

Job Summary

The Bakers are responsible for the overall daily production of all pastries and baked goods for The Alley Restaurant. The Bakers are also responsible for his/her own production. The Pastry Chef is able to plan and work closely with Restaurant Management and Team, the Executive Chef, and the Bowling Operations Manager in events relating to business with the Restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Line Cook will assist the Executive Chef in the daily production of all cooking at The Alley Restaurant. The Line Cook shall possess a basic understanding and skills needed for Culinary Arts. The Line Cook is in direct contact with customers and wait staff; cheerful disposition and interaction are required.

Job Responsibilities

Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

Job Summary

Reservations Coordinator will assist Reservations & Events Manager in the daily routine of the reservations department and the bowling center, working as part of a team to ensure the daily tasks are completed. Also assist in maximizing revenue by using standard selling techniques and to always promote the establishment to all customers via incoming communication.

Reservations Coordinator should adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as keep up to date on all products, services, pricing and special promotional offers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process all reservation requests, bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Manage lane and party reservations, ensure that all information is inputted accurately, as well as insure all reservations are confirmed and up to date.
